We've developed a comprehensive slow resistance training workout system that combines the precision of pilates with the intensity of modern strength training, all performed on specialized Xformer equipment.
Each CoreXperience class is a full-body transformation that targets six critical fitness components simultaneously - strength building, conditioning, endurance, mobility, stability and balance.

New to CoreXperience?
Here’s What You Need to Know:
Arrive Early: For your first class at CoreXperience, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. This allows us to introduce you to the Xformer and ensure you're prepared for a safe, effective session.
For your safety and to respect the time of other members, new clients arriving less than 5 minutes before class will not be able to participate.
If you'd prefer a slower-paced experience with more hands-on instruction and a deeper introduction to the Xformer, we recommend trying our Beginner Class.
Hydration is Key: Be sure to drink water before, during, and after your workout. We provide a filtered water station in the studio for your convenience. While we don't provide towels, you're welcome to bring your own if you'd like.
Don’t Forget Your Grip Socks: Grip socks are required for all classes to ensure your safety on the machine. If you forget yours, no problem—we have select pairs available for purchase at the studio.
