To help you get the most out of your CoreXperience, please review our studio policies below.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 8 hours of class start time are considered "late cancellations" and will result in a $15 fee for unlimited members or the loss of one class for package holders. "No-shows" incur a $25 fee.

Arrival & Attendance: New clients must arrive at least 5 minutes early for equipment familiarization and safety orientation.

Membership & Booking: Members may book one class per day. Unlimited members receive 14-day priority booking access.

Studio Requirements: Grip socks are required for all reformer classes and available for purchase at the studio.

Membership Changes: Cancellations or changes to auto-pay memberships require at least 30 days' advance notice.

Safety & Health: Pregnant clients may be required to provide a doctor's note prior to participation. Clients under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Class Minimums: CoreXperience reserves the right to cancel classes with fewer than 3 registered clients.
