Kayla Wolfe
OWNER
Meet Kayla Wolfe, Founder of CoreXperience.
Kayla has been an athlete her entire life. Growing up on Kent Island, movement and competition were central to who she was — and who she would become.
In January 2009, a life-altering car accident changed everything. It was a pivotal moment that gave Kayla a profound, unshakeable appreciation for health and what it truly means to take care of yourself — both physically and mentally.
Years later, now a mother of three, Kayla was introduced to Xformer pilates by her mom. She was immediately hooked — not just on the physical results, but on the way it made her feel from the inside out. The strength, the clarity, the confidence. She knew she had found something special. And she knew Kent Island needed it too.
After dreaming and pushing through setbacks, CoreXperience officially opened its doors in January 2026 — bringing modern, Xformer pilates to the community that shaped her. For Kayla, this is deeply personal. This is her hometown. These are her people.
Her mission is simple: give you an efficient, impactful workout that delivers real results — building strength, sculpting muscle, and leaving you feeling better mentally and physically than when you walked in.
This is more than a studio. This is CoreXperience.

Georgia Hooks

Helping to bring what I love to my hometown has been incredibly special. This type of movement has carried me through some of the most difficult seasons of my life and continues to do so, and now I get to share it with all of you.I am so proud of all of the other women who have been a part of this journey. Watching everyone grow, show up, and support one another has been truly inspiring. And a special thank you to Kayla, who has believed in me since day one of this journey and is the reason this incredible movement move has a home on Kent Island.
I truly hope you find the same joy, strength, and confidence in this movement that it’s given me. I’m so proud to be part of this community and to help you become a stronger version of yourself both physically and mentally.

Sara Hazy
INSTRUCTOR
I’m a momma of 3 amazing and energetic kids, and a fitness enthusiast! I am passionate about helping people feel strong, confident, and capable in their everyday life. My goal is to create workouts that fit your lifestyle and build sustainable habits - so you can move and feel better, while enjoying the process along the way.I strive to make fitness approachable, fun, and empowering! I love the way the Xformer has positively impacted my strength routine, and personally enjoy performing “newspaper” to activate all of the back muscles.
I received my BA in Fashion and Retail Management from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, but movement and fitness always played the largest role in my life. After 15 years in management, I decided to follow my passion and fully dive into fitness. I am currently a Certified Personal Trainer - NASM, Certified Group Fitness Instructor - AFAA, and Virtual Coaching Specialist - NASM.
I believe that progress is more important than perfection, and that all movement is good movement. Fitness should enhance your life, not complicate it. Move with purpose, listen to your body, and celebrate progress in every form.

Abby Scaggs
INSTRUCTOR
Born and raised local with a lifelong love for dance, movement, and all things expressive. She started dancing at a young age and never really stopped, turning her passion into both an art and a career. Currently she seeks this love for movement and fitness by uplifting women and students as a dance instructor, barre instructor, and now here as an Xformer coach!Abby graduated from the University of the Arts in 2024 with a degree in Dance and Business, blending creativity with a love for building strong, connected communities.
Now back home, Abby brings her dance background into the fitness world where she helps students find the joy in moving and shifting their bodies. She believes everyone can dance in their own way and that movement is just as powerful for the mind as it is for the body.
Her favorite part of teaching is connecting with every client and allowing them to leave class grounded and aligned. While in her class you may catch her dancing to her meticulously curated playlists! When she’s not in the studio, you can find her by the water, grabbing coffee with friends, traveling on weekends, or moving just for the joy of it.

Hi, I’m McKinsey! I believe strength is built through intention, consistency, and how you feel in your body, not just how hard you push.My coaching style is precise and form focused, with an emphasis on confidence and presence. Inspired by my ever-evolving mindset and background in fashion, I’m drawn to the connection between movement, self expression, and confidence.
My goal is for you to leave feeling strong, aligned, and energized; because when you feel good in your body, everything else follows.

Selah Hall
INSTRUCTOR
Hi everyone! I’m Selah, I love everything lets, especially lunges and single-leg press. I may have a soft spot for core too (panther and ab wheel are my favs). I love a workout that makes you feel accomplished the moment you leave and this one’s exactly that.
Outside of the studio, I’m also an esthetician, I’m passionate about helping people feel good both on the inside and outside. With combining movement and self care, my goal is for you to feel confident, empowered, and glowing whether that’s on the Xformer or in the treatment room.
In my free time, I’m either on the machine, traveling, hanging with friends…and yes, there is usually a coffee in my hand.
This movement has completely transformed my life in ways I couldn’t imagine exercise could! With that said, I am here to support you in your journey on the Xformer and help you fall in love with it the way I did years ago.

INSTRUCTOR
In 2025, after having her third baby, Hayley realized how deeply she missed the atmosphere and connection of group fitness, and moving her body with intention.
That curiosity lead her to take an Xformer Pilates class, where she was instantly hooked by the slow, controlled resistance and the strength it builds.
She is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer with specific education in SRT (Slow Resistance Training), pre and postnatal Pilates and CPR/AED.
